He was predeceased by: his close friend Craig "Alex" Tatum; and his aunt Tammy Gildemontes. He is survived by: his parents, Dale Heath and Tiffany Heath (Ling); his wife Kara Barney; his sisters, Samantha Baker-Kemp (Bo) of LaPorte and Alyssa McCormick (Jacob) of Michigan City; his grandparents, Tom and Jan Ling of Portage; his in-laws, Gerald Barney (Gail) of Chesterton and Karin Barney of Valparaiso; Whiskey, Paisley and Maximus. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
