He is survived by: his children, Keith Neff (Kelly) of Westville and Amber Ratliff (Earnest) of Sandyhook; his grandchildren, Summer of Westville, Brennen of Laporte, Nicole of Sandy Hook, Jordan of Sandy Hook, Anthony of Sandy Hook, Anna of Sandy Hook and Sophia of Sandy Hook; his siblings, Gary Bailey of San Pierre, David Bailey of Pryor, Selena Chapman (Timothy) of Demotte and Connie Kolasa of Michigan City; and his friend James Green of Knoxville. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
