He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bessie McCormick Jackson and Thomas Jackson; his brothers, Thomas Jackson Jr., Anthony Billups and Briandale Graham; his son Victor Billups; his sisters, Lillia Jackson and Marsha Billups; his stepsiblings, Harold Howard, Latasha Graham, Mary Liddell and Christen Smith; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Oliver and Debra Malone; his nieces and nephews, Latonya Jackson, Latrice Beasley, Antoinette Anderson, Danielle Malone Blakes, Debra Billups, Katrina Jackson, Jovan Turner, Thomas Britton, Robert Robbins, Anthony Billups Jr., William Jackson and Santana Miller; his cousins, Harriet Hawkins, Valerie Hawkins and Regina Hawkins; and his adoptive mother Cheryl (Dennis Williams). He was also cherished by other cousins, relatives and friends.
