He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jacobs and Ruth Ann Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia S. Brown; his stepson Terrence Thompson; his niece Brittany Triggs of Buffalo, NY.; and his siblings, Claudette Jacobs of Beattyville, KY. and James A Jacobs of Laporte, IN.. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
