She is survived by: her father Raymond Henry; her children, Donna Stooksbury (Mark), Jack Evans Sr., Eric Evans (Sam) and Yvonne Lowe (Kris); her grandchildren, Felicia Baker, Caitlin Stooksbury, Jacky Evans Jr., Kristin Lumley, Gracie Lowe, Kylie Lowe and Bradley Stooksbury; her great grandchildren, Kendrick Williams, Ka'trell and Khalil McLemore; her siblings, John Fogus, Dale Fogus (Shirley), Janet Cosby (Bill), Kevin Fogus (Terri) and Judy Eldridge (Tim); and her sister-in-law Debbie Fogus.
