She is survived by: her children, Lynnette Kosakowski (Leon) of Michigan City, Indiana, Luann Barnes (Wade) of Michigan City, Indiana, Phillip Staback, Jr. of Swanton, Patrick Staback (Kim) of Haubstadt, Peter Staback (Sharon) of Michigan City and Parry Staback (Kim) of Hobart, Indiana; her grandchildren, Cindi, Paulena, Jamie, Crystal, Ashley, Lisa, Wendy, Wade, Jr., Nicholas, Kristen, Matthew, Brandon, Amanda, Jessica, Joseph, Zachary, Kate and Lindsey; her brother Gerald Scrivnor of Tennessee; and her caregivers, Jane, Amanda, Kim, Jessica and Riley of Dunes Hospice. She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
