She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman C. Carter and Helen T. Carter (Sack); and her siblings, Herman, Hobart, John "Jack", Thomas, David Carter, Kathryn Jean Marciniak, Rosalia Keller, Carol Carter, Sarah DiPaolo, Doris Resteau, Gertrude Hamilton and Ruth Ann Leeds.
She is survived by: her husband Larry J. Willis; her daughters, Tammy Willis-Grater (Edwin) of Michigan City, IN and Melody Fischbacher (William) of Des Moines, IA; her grandchildren, Brittany Willis-Grater, Alysa Eggers (Dalton), Flora Fischbacher (Ren Solari), Benjamin Fischbacher and Morgan Fischbacher; her great grandchild Isaac Eggers; and her pets, Tabby, Kenzie Grace and Maizie May.
