We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2023, at the age of 89, Phillip Smith of Michigan City, Indiana, born in Champaign, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Smith and Margaret Mullady. He is survived by : his children, Warren Smith (Michelle) of La Porte and Phyllis Carter of Rogers, AR; and his grandchildren, Nicole Mazur of Rogers, AR, Noah Carter of Cottonwood Heights, UT, Ronnie Geer of Centreville, VA and Sasha Betancourt of La Porte. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and many friends.
