He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kramer and Doris Kramer (Schroeder); his son Jamie Kramer; his grandson Justin Kramer; and his brother Patrick Kramer.

He is survived by: his wife Dora Lynn Kramer; his children, Jody Kramer and Jennifer Kramer (Robert); his grandchildren, Summer Kramer, Kyle, Katelynn Mowinski, Krissy Kramer, Jack Kramer, Zachary and Shawn Ward; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Rainey, Violet, Miley, Skyler, Eli, Autumn and Stella; and his sisters, Nancy Ainsworth (Keith) and Annette Kramer.
