He is survived by: his girlfriend Juanita Rife; his children, Michael Rife (Falynn) and Chrsitina Rife (Michael West); his grandchildren, Kaeleb (Dyana), Averi, Jordyn, Adelynn, Audrey, Zoie, Jaydyn, Kailynn, Jeanette, Herman and Kassi; his great grandchildren, Vada, Alaya, Caiden and Amya; his siblings, Tammy Woolum (Luke), Tina Lewis, Kevin (Daelene), Kent (Kent) and Keith Lewis (Melanie); and his grandchild Sponge Bob. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
