He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Stalter and LeAnna F. Stalter (Miller); and his sisters, Beverly and Carol Ann Stalter. He is survived by: his sons, John Stalter (Anna) of Indianapolis, Andrew Earl Stalter (Happiness Lameck) of Pacifica, CA, Michael (Alicia Cordova) of Goshen and Tony Chapman of Middlebury; and his siblings, Virginia Kramer of Middlebury, Darlene Kujawski (Robert) of Colorado Springs, CO and Richard Stalter (Nanette) of Middlebury.
Memorials may be given to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
