He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Collins; and his sisters, Beverly Moore and Cora Chatfield. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Michael Roadruck (Abigail) of Fort Worth, TX and Amber Bowers (David) of Bristol, IN; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Aaron, Austin, Lincoln, Skylar, Nathaniel, Joseph, Emma and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Arya, Everley and Malachi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Pastor Bryant Haist will officiate services and memorial contributions may be given to Miller's Vet's Center for the assistance of homeless veterans.
