She was predeceased by: her parents, Ammon Bontrager and Katie Bontrager (Miller); her former husband Lonny Smith; her husband Mac McClain; her brother Ernie Bontrager; and her nephew Jason Yoder.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Gietzen (Scott) of Chelsea, MI, Sherri Bontrager of Middlebury and Michael Smith (Sarah) of Huntertown; her grandchildren, Samantha (Alejandro), Hanna, Chloe, Bohdy, Matthew, Jake, Ella, Wyatt and Weston; her great grandchildren, Luna and Ana; and her siblings, Betty Raber of Topeka, Sue Bartley of Goshen, Lydia Yoder (Herman) of Middlebury, Edna Miller of Goshen and Duane Bontrager (Leilani) of Middlebury.
