She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Waters and Mae Waters (Rockwell); her daughter Lisa Wick; and her grandson Christopher Lanway. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Minegar; her children, Troy Minegar (Angela) of Elkhart, Robert Minegar of Goshen and Denise Minegar of Elkhart; and her sister Glorry Oetker of Aurora, MO.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
