It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard R. Klase of Middlebury, Indiana, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Klase and Abbey Klase (Hite); his wife Linda Lee Klase (Christian); and his siblings, Dale Klase, Chuck Klase and Maxine Christner.

He is survived by : his sons, Richard A. Klase (Rita) and Dale Klase (Donna). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Elkhart County Humane Society.
