She is survived by: her father Bill Curl; her spouse Cary Warren Chase; her sons, Justin Curtis (Jenny) of Anderson and Christopher Warren of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Aiden, Gavin (Sommer), Drew and Allie; her brother Dave (Patti); her brother-in-law Curt (Debbie); and her nephews, Doug (Amber), Brian (Amanda) and Jeremy (Sarah). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
