He is survived by: his mother Frances Johnson of Bronston, KY; his daughter Nicole Wade of Bainbridge, GA; his stepdaughter April Garcia (Jonathan) of Anderson, IN; his siblings, Alan Thompson (Ann) of Anderson, IN, Bonnie Cox (Don) of Anderson, IN, Sherry Wade of Fowlerton, IN and Charlotte Laws (Tim) of Muncie, IN; and his grandchildren, Sierra, Haley Wade, Eldritch and Tyrian Garcia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
