He was predeceased by: his parents, Jocie Holliday and Ollie Patrick; and his siblings, Greg Patrick and Pam Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Lora Patrick; and his children, Crystal Bantz (Greg), Carrie Riley, Joey Beatrice (Toni) and Frank Beatrice (Courtney). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
