With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Ballard of Middletown, Indiana, who passed away on February 6, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ballard and Dorothea Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Gina Ballard; his children, Ryan Ballard (Tracy) and Kayla Hall (Tim); his grandchildren, Kennedy Ballard, Madison Ballard, Thomas Hall, Monroe Ballard and Roselynn Hall; his brother Jon Ballard (Brenda); and his brother-in-law Stephen Smith.

Memorial contributions may be given to The Wall That Heals Committee, C/O Ballard and Sons funeral Home, 118 S. 5th St. Middletown, IN 47356 with envelopes available at the church.
