He is survived by: his children, Tim Neal of Anderson, Scott Neal (Kacey) of Alexandria, Ryan Draper (Whitney) of Springport, Jami Hamel (Jason) of Pendleton, Denell Gedek (Ryan) of Middletown, Lori Kampfer (Martin) of Leawood, KS and Lisa Donndelinger (Robert) of Ft. Walton, FL; his grandchildren, Jason Neal, Samantha Neal, Wesley Castor, Cody Hamel, Ashley Kampfer, Cody Sewell, Kaleb Castor, Savannah Hamel, Zackery Gedek, Kirsten Donndelinger, Cole Draper and Emma Draper; his close friend Dennis Allman; and his friend Darrell Draper. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
He made a huge contribution to racing for over four decades as a driver, and has spent every decade after helping the veterans of the sport and rookies—everyone.
