She was predeceased by: her husband Lee L Perry; her parents, Charles Albert and Essie Maude Estep Hickman; her siblings, Diane Haley, Shirley Stone (Eldo), Helen Haley (Ralph), Jerry Hickman, Harry Hickman and Ben Hickman (Betty); and her mother-in-law Gladys Perry.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Cunningham, Debby Cook (Mike), Kathy Jewell (Tom) and Alan Perry; her sister Pat Hickman; her grandchildren, Scott Ritchie (Rachel), Brad Jewell (Aura), Tommy Cunningham (Alisa) and Laura Boone (Justin); and her great grandchildren, George, Walter Boone and Oliver Jewell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
