Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Services- Middletown (118 S 5th St, Middletown, IN 47356). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miller Cemetery (5487 W County Rd 850 N, Middletown, IN 47356).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sixth Street Christian Church.
