She is survived by: her parents, Larry Cochran and Marti Cochran (Rudisell); her husband Joshua "Josh" Welch of Milan; her children, Joshua Levi Welch (Emily) of Elrod, Samuel Garrett Welch of Sunman, Elias Thomas Welch of Milan, Jessie Gene Welch of Milan, Emmalee Olivia Welch of Milan and Wesley Oliver Welch of Milan; her brothers, Chris Harris (Amy) of Milan and Clay Cochran (Amanda) of Dillsboro; her grandmother Martha Wilson of Ocala, Florida; and her sisters-in-law, Claire Smith of Hamilton and Rachael Schweitzer of Cincinnati.
