He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Dudgeon and Lucille Dudgeon (Lange); his sisters, Ruth Bocock and Lena McAdams; and his father-in-law William Huffman.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Dudgeon (Huffman) of Milan; his children, Michael Dudgeon (Misty) of Lafayette, Jason Dudgeon (Heather) of Milan, Stephanie Dudgeon of Seymour and Twanya Hussung of Versailles; his grandchildren, Abigail Evans, Connor Dudgeon, Gavin, Trevor, Carissa Newcomb, Robin Disney, Sophia, Simon, Xavier Dudgeon, Stephanie Hussung, Zachary Hussung, Montana Engelking and Keegan Stover; and his great grandchildren, Islah Malone, Brooklyn, Zayden Reed and Damien Hussung.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home (707 S Main St, Milan, IN 47031). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given in honor of Charlie to Milan Volunteer Fire Department or Ripley County EMS.
