Edna Watts Obituary

We announce the death of Edna Watts of Milan, Indiana, who passed away on June 5, 2026, at the age of 89. Edna will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Cobb and Mabel Roper (Combs); her son Vernon Fugate; her brother Emmett Roper Jr.; her granddaughter Chelsa Marie Hackman; and her stepparents, Minnie Cobb and Emmett Roper Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Paul Fugate (Diane) of Morris, Betty Fugate Scamahorn of Florida, Debra Fugate Hackman of Milan and Angela Watts of Milan; and her brother Kenneth Cobb (Charlotte) of Mason, Ohio. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in honor of Lorraine to American Cancer Society.
