She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bushhorn and Eleanor Bushhorn (Werbach); her son Steven Grigsby; and her siblings, Delmar Bushhorn and Evelyn Hunter.

She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Grigsby (Brandi) of Milan and Mark Grigsby (Joyce) of Milan; her siblings, Dennis Bushhorn (Ellen) of Westport, Erma Hunter of Milan and Linda Craig of Milan; and her grandchildren, Christina Brandes, Heaven Grigsby, Philip Grigsby, Seth Avery, Summer Grigsby, Sierra Grigsby, Augusta Grigsby, Bob Taylor and Stevie Taylor. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in honor of Ethel to Milan Christian Church.
