He is survived by: his father Gerald Edward Miller of San Antonio; his wife Darlena Miller (Craig) of Milan; his sons, Justin Miller (Jessica) of Milan and Jared Miller (Maddy) of Osgood; his siblings, John Chance (Aimee) of Milan, Shellie Lopez of San Antonio and Tammy Bode of Milan; and his grandsons, Tucker, Jonathan and Beau Miller.

Memorials may be given in honor of Jerry to Cornerstone Baptist Church or Delaware Fire Department.
