She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Fuller and Florence Bradley (Richie); her husband George Cornett; her daughter Kathleen Hoskins; and her brothers, Harold Fuller, Joe Fuller, Harlan Fuller and Howard Fuller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maxine Meyers of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Beverly Kohlmeier of Milan and Kimberly Gillespie (Wayne) of Lawrenceburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Hazel to the Ripley Crossing Activity Fund.
