He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee and Phoebe Lee (Rahe); his wife Betsy Lou Lee (Robinson); and his brothers, Ernest and Jim Lee.

He is survived by: his sons, Howard Lee of Osgood, Tony Lee (Jodi) of Milan, Brian Lee (Sandra) of Dillsboro and Joseph Lee (Dorothy) of Milan; his sister Elizabeth Jones of Florida; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Adam, Patrick, Breana, Jesse, Sarah, Brenden and Dayauarah.

Memorials may be given in honor of Henry to: American Cancer Society or Donor's Choice.
