He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Sue Johnson (Scott) and Kenneth Ray Johnson, Sr. of Lawrenceburg, IN; his children, Brian, Michael, Cody and April; his grandson Owen; his brothers, Alan Johnson of East Enterprise, IN, James Johnson of Campton, KY and Stephen Johnson (Amy) of Moorehead, KY; his cousin Mark Drake; his aunt Penny Rose; and his uncle Tracy Scott.
