She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Fannin and Juanita Fannin (Monk); her husband Richard "Dick" Dulaney; her children, Dana Messer and Brenda O'Dell; her brothers, Billy Fannin and James Fannin; and her daughter-in-law Donna Messer.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Messer of Florida, Angela Dulaney (Scott Johnson) of Milan, Marlena Bruns (Gary) of Milan and Tamara Smith of Sunman; her siblings, Steven Fannin (Deborah) of Florida, Danny Fannin (Liza) of Ohio, Marvin Fannin (Lan) of Virginia and Ramona Jarrells of Ohio; and her daughter-in-law Andrea Messer. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Margaret to Ripley County Humane Society.
