She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Raymond Fletcher and Stella Fletcher (Simpson); her husband Dallas "Wayne" Turner; and her grandson Matthew Turner. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Turner (Deborah), Daniel Turner, Cammy Turner and Deanna Turner-Christensen. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Shirley to Ripley County Humane Society.
