It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Baylor of Milan, Indiana, who passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Baylor and Ruth Baylor (Hamilton); and his brother Robert Baylor. He is survived by: his wife Judy Baylor (Lyons); his children, Jenny Swisher (Chris) of Noblesville, IN and Adam Baylor (Roderick) of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Ellory and Sutton; and his sister Bonnie Hammond.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Milan United Methodist Church (306 S Main St, Milan, IN 47031). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to Milan CARES Community Center Building fund.
