He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall D. Rupp and Rhoda L. Rupp (Huddleston); his siblings-in-law, Rene and Chad; and his uncle Billy.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Rupp (Handley); his sons, Carson Rupp and Ethan Villegas; his brothers, Randall Rupp (Paige), Kevin Rupp (Katie) and Nicholas Rupp (Amanda); his nieces and nephews, Morgan (Aaron), Shelby (Brandon), Natalie, Cameron, Quinn and Darby; his in-laws, Ken and Denise Handley; his pets, Meatloaf, Cassius and Burrow; and also Ethel Handley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Stephen Rupp Fund at any First Financial Bank or the Chad Handley Memorial Scholarship Fund through the Franklin County Community Foundation.
