He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Palmer and Evelyn Palmer (Russell); and his sisters, Sharon Richardson and Bonnie Smith. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Harding (Ashley), April Hoffman (Roy), Tamara Harding (Josh Lukie) and Robin Palmer of Milan, Indiana; his siblings, Donnie Palmer, Carl Palmer, Robert Palmer (Becky), Joe Palmer, Judy Huntington and Sandra Lyon (Mike); and his grandchildren, Teuna, Timothy, Christopher, Treyson, Taylar, Aubriana, Wesson, Braylen, Kaylee, Karter, Willow, Alexis and Aliza. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
