She is survived by: her son Cameron Collins of Syracuse, IN; the parent of her child Chris Collins; her significant other Phil Hackworth of Milford, IN; her significant other's children, Kyra Hackworth and Tiana Jones; her parents, Machelle Landolt, and Fred Landolt, Jr. of Warsaw, IN; her grandparents, Larry and Nancy Rhoades of Silver Lake, IN; and her siblings, Joe Landolt of Warsaw, IN, Sarah Allen (Joe) of Zionsville, IN and Erica Wilson (Craig) of Plymouth, IN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
