He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Page and Wanda Page (Wiltfong); his wife Kathryn Faye Hoffman; and his daughters, Claudia Patricia Klinefelter and Audrey Alice Ginther.
He is survived by: his daughter Annette Page of Spearfish, SD; his son-in-law Robert Klinefelter of The Villages, FL; his grandchildren, Rob Klinefelter (Corrie) of Phoenix, AZ and Megan Eversole (Jim) of Celina, TX; and his great grandchildren, Aidan, Noah Klinefelter, Jaxon, Davis and Myles Eversole. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
