He is survived by: his sons, Michael W. Lewis Jr. (Robin) and Bobby Joe Lewis; his grandchildren, Levi, Tyler, Brooklyn and Kyland Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Lela, Everlyn, Bentley, Emma and Jaxton Lewis.
