He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Adkins and Florestine Baston Norquay; and his sister Wanda. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Rice and DeShannon Bolden; his girlfriend Phyllis Bolden; his grandsons, Taevyn, Stephan, Keegan, Zaelyn and Aryan Rice; and his siblings, Larry Adkins (Barb), Michael Adkins, Gary Adkins (Debbie), Edie and Patricia.
