With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert P Murphy of Milroy, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 12, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur K. Murphy and Virginia Murphy (Jarman); and his brothers, Larry, Lonnie and Terry Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Newbold; his children, Robert A. Murphy (Sherry), Tammy K. Brees and Tyler E. Murphy (Kylie); and his sister Sandra Fowler. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
