He is survived by: his granddaughter Chastity McFarland; and his siblings, Cathy Shank (Phil), Jack Black (Terry), Jeff Black (Traci), Connie Lewis, Jay Black, Joe Black (Julie) and James Black (Angie). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
