He is survived by: his wife Diana Pflum of Milton; his daughters, Julie Buhl (Randy) of Hagerstown and Mindy Blaiklock (Richard) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Patrick Buhl of McCordsville, Libby Bertsch (Ben) of Fishers, Jamie Buhl of Greenfield, Jack Blaiklock of Indianapolis and Emily Blaiklock of Chicago, Illinois; and his siblings, David Pflum (Judy) of Connersville, Diane "Dot" Jones (James) of Cincinnati, Marilyn Miles of Liberty and Carolyn Nutty (Dennis) of Liberty, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
