He is survived by : his wife Deloris DeBaillie (Stopper); and his children, Katherine Harvey, Debra Phelps, Albert DeBaillie (Troy), Carl DeBaillie (Jackie), Frank DeBaillie and Donna Odle (Vernon). He is also survived by 35 grandchildren; 97 great-grandchildren; and 59 great-great grandchildren.
