She is survived by: her husband David Mak; her mother Vickie Matafin; her siblings, Megan Barrett and Jon Barrett (Tammy); her siblings' children, Kalei Wierzbicki, Conner Barrett and Theresa Barrett; her aunt Sandra Nawrocki (Bob); her uncle Allen (Sherry); her great-nephews, Josh Wierzbicki and Allex Missik; her mother-in-law Kristen Winkelstern; her sister-in-law Jaqui Missik; and her friends, Tamara, Andy, Landon, Vivian and Quinn Shackelford.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
