He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lilly and Lina Belle Lilly (Noel); and his sisters, Dorothy Wilson and Gladys Frederick. He is survived by: his brother Porter Lilly; his daughters, Lesa Cotto (Sylvester) and JoAnne Tuttle (James); his grandchildren, Michelle Jablonski (Chad), Tony Cotto, Jessica Hurford (Blake) and James Tuttle (Cassie); and his great grandchildren, Fiona and Elliott.
