She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Carrico and Annette Carrico (Hayden); her husband Charles H. Blair; her children, Lou Johnston (Keith), Susie DeVreese, Charlie Blair, Jr., Frank Blair, Christina Blair-Whitt (Ron) and Lenny Blair; her siblings, Fred Carrico (Mary), John Carrico, Danny Carrico (Debbie) and Sharon Loeffler; her sons-in-law, Tim Devreese and Patrick Garrison; and her brothers, Kenny, Joe and Tommy Carrico. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
