She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Hazelip and Christine Hazelip; and her siblings, Marcella Kovatch, Malcolm Hazelip and Lowell Hazelip (Virginia).
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Marilyn Hazelip. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
