She is survived by: her children, Diana Kerrn (Doug), Yvonne Vance and Arthur Pletcher; her grandchildren, Tina Carr (Matt), Lisa Westfall (Jon), Victoria Montoya (Reece Webb), Tracy Corrighan (Todd), Travis Vance (Joann), Scottie Pletcher, Dylan Pletcher, Amber Roswell (Bo) and David Sapp (Cynthia); her brother Terry McIntire; and her caregivers, Douglas, Diana Kerrn and Tina Carr.
