He is survived by : his wife Amy Acrey (Stitt); his children, Kevin Acrey (Debbie) and Michele Brandt (John); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Kincade Acrey, Teige, Mackenna, Tanner and Keaton Brandt; his great grandchild Lincoln Acrey Crowell; his brother Willie Acrey O'Shea (Dan); his mother-in-law Beverly Stitt; his sisters-in-law, Kay Parker (Tom) and Julie Kohn (Alan); and his close friend Rex Norris (Susie). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hahn Funeral Home (505 W 8th St, Mishawaka, IN 46544). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
