He is survived by: his mother Janice Highland (Herman) of Mishawaka; his siblings, Elizabeth "Lisa" Highland of Mishawaka and Bradley Highland (Michelle) of Mishawaka; his siblings' children, Kari, Travis, Brittaney, Brandey, Zoe, Dakota, Dillion, Ellie and Wyatt; and his namesake Timothy Hacker.
